Job summary

Workspire is seeking the President of Construction Services to lead our industrial construction and services business. You will set direction, develop operating leaders, and ensure safe, profitable project delivery, connecting field teams with customers.

You will shape strategy, oversee estimating through closeout, drive performance and quality, manage workforce and equipment, and strengthen client relationships to enable disciplined growth.

Responsibilities

• Set business strategy and operating priorities for construction services to align with company goals.
• Lead P&L management with finance and operations to monitor revenue, margins, backlog, and cash flow.
• Guide delivery from estimating through execution and closeout with clear expectations on schedule and cost.
• Champion safety and quality across operations, reinforcing accountability and risk management.
• Coordinate workforce, equipment, procurement, and resource planning with operating teams.
• Develop senior leaders, coach performance, and establish routines that reveal priorities and results.
• Partner with business development and leadership to maintain client relationships and disciplined growth.
