Job summary

Powerhouse Retail Services LLC. is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Construction to expand, lead, and oversee large-scale commercial construction projects across its portfolio.

This executive will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while shaping the company’s construction operations and strategic growth. The role requires leading project executives and teams, managing client relationships, and driving standardized processes

Qualifications

• Significant progressive experience in commercial construction leadership.
• Experience overseeing large commercial, industrial, or government remodel/renovation projects valued between $5M and $75M per project.
• Senior construction leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction portfolio with strategic direction and accountability for delivery, profitability, and execution.
• Direct large-scale projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, safety, and closeout.
• Establish and monitor budgets, forecasts, margins, cash flow, and financial performance; manage risks and profitability.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
