• Strong experience in construction inspection and supervision on heavy infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage inspectors, contractors, and field personnel.
• Knowledge of drawings, specs, contracts, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inspectors, union personnel, and contractors performing construction activities.
• Ensure field teams understand project scope, drawings, specifications, procedures, and construction requirements.
• Conduct and oversee inspections; monitor workmanship and identify deficiencies.
• Protect assets and maintain facility integrity during construction.
• Monitor contractor performance, safety, schedules, and adherence to requirements.
• Coordinate activities with engineering, operations, and project stakeholders.
• Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, and field issues.
