This full-time position requires comprehensive knowledge of construction codes and excellent communication skills. You will manage projects involving EV charging stations and facilities renovations while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 4 years with an Associate's degree.
• Working experience in electrical/mechanical/civil/chemical engineering.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the five boroughs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee union contractors ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Manage day-to-day site operations and maintain project documentation.
• Enforce regulatory codes and monitor budgets and contractor performance.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings/specs

Knowledge of NYC and NYS Construction Codes

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Demonstrated knowledge of subsurface infrastructure construction

Excellent communication skills
