Qualifications
2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 4 years with an Associate's degree.
Working experience in electrical/mechanical/civil/chemical engineering.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the five boroughs.
Responsibilities
Oversee union contractors ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Manage day-to-day site operations and maintain project documentation.
Enforce regulatory codes and monitor budgets and contractor performance.
Skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings/specs
Knowledge of NYC and NYS Construction Codes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Demonstrated knowledge of subsurface infrastructure construction
