Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5+ years in FQHC compliance environment.
• Education may be substituted for related experience in healthcare settings.
• Eligibility for certification in Health Care Compliance (CHC) and Privacy Compliance (CHPC) required.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or law preferred.
• Research Compliance (CHRC) or Auditing certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Compliance/Risk Management Program across the organization.
• Develop and implement annual Compliance Work Plan.
• Develop, deliver, and monitor required trainings with leadership and HR.
• Oversee privacy policies, forms, and notices; ensure current standards.
• Manage contracts, agreements, and insurance policies; coordinate with legal.
• Triage and respond to regulatory notices, complaints, and external requests; advise leadership.
• Collaborate with Chief Health Officer on investigations related to patient safety.
