Job summary

JRG Partners LLC, based in Baltimore, MD, seeks a Director of Compliance to lead, manage, and scale the company’s compliance program. You will make compliance visible, measurable, and correctable with an emphasis on HIPAA/privacy, billing integrity, and evidence-based risk management.

You will build policies, dashboards, and automation to reduce reliance on a single person while coaching department leaders on ownership and accountability for compliance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a compliance program in healthcare or payer contexts.
• Ability to design risk-based audits and corrective-action plans.
• Strong documentation and evidence management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily risk scans and review incidents, privacy concerns, and billing issues.
• Lead risk-based audits focusing on high-risk areas and emerging risks.
• Document findings with owner, risk level, deadlines, and escalation decisions.
• Track corrective actions and verify evidence before closure.
• Prepare investigations with preserved evidence and organized records.
• Develop policies, checklists, dashboards, and automation to reduce single-person dependency.
• Coach leadership on compliance expectations and ownership within operations.
• Prepare risk dashboards and concise CEO reports weekly.
