Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Compliance Director to lead and oversee the organization’s compliance program, ensuring alignment with federal/state regulations, industry standards, and client requirements. The role partners with leadership to mitigate risk and drive continuous improvement across revenue cycle operations.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in healthcare compliance, 5+ years in leadership, and strong execution in policy development, investigations, and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive healthcare compliance, regulatory, audit, risk management, or revenue cycle leadership experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and compliance programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience with AI to lean into process and technological improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance monitoring and policy management.
• Advise internal stakeholders on state and federal regulations affecting Ensemble Health Partners.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the Ensemble Compliance Program.
• Lead client onboarding and integration activities ensuring compliance requirements.
• Serve as a Compliance Liaison to assigned clients and service lines.
• Develop training modules on regulatory risk areas and conduct training.
