Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Manager, Compliance to oversee the organization’s compliance program and ensure adherence to federal and state healthcare regulations. The role requires building policies, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating training across RWJBH Medical Group and ambulatory services.

You will lead investigations, monitor compliance activities, and report findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health care or related area.
• Minimum of five years or more of Compliance Program management experience, or healthcare-related compliance experience.
• Experience with physician practices or related legal healthcare activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the RWJBarnabas Health Compliance Program and establish a robust compliance framework.
• Monitor day-to-day compliance activities including helpline management and audits.
• Develop and deliver compliance training and education for staff and stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks through audits and monitoring.
• Prepare reports for Audit and Compliance Committee and senior management highlighting risks and trends.
• Stay current on federal and state healthcare laws and regulations.
