Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to lead our enterprise compliance program. This remote US role reports to the CEO and guides ethics, privacy, and regulatory compliance across multiple sites and physician joint ventures.

You will advise the CEO, executive team, and Board while building scalable compliance infrastructure and overseeing investigations, audits, and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 12+ years of progressive healthcare compliance experience with senior leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading compliance in multi-state healthcare orgs with joint ventures and physician partners.
• Knowledge of Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, False Claims Act, CMS, Medicare/Medicaid, HIPAA.
• Ability to advise executives and Boards on governance and regulatory risk.
• Experience building scalable compliance infrastructure and leading investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise compliance and ethics program, including Code of Conduct, policies, training, and hotline.
• Oversee compliance with fraud and abuse laws, billing, reimbursement, HIPAA, ESRD Conditions for Coverage, and state regulations.
• Coordinate with joint venture governance and physician partners on compliance expectations and reporting.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and monitoring; report results to leadership and Board.
• Lead investigations and corrective action with Legal and HR; coordinate with General Counsel on audits.
