Kinex Medical Company is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to lead the organization’s Compliance Program, collaborating with executive leadership and the Board. You will update the Code of Conduct, design trainings, manage anonymous reporting, and ensure policy enforcement across all departments.

The CCO will supervise the Compliance Department, coordinate with HR and external counsel, monitor investigations, and provide regular risk-based reporting to stakeholders.

• Coordinate with HR, finance, legal, and operations to mitigate compliance risks.
• Provide regular reports to the Executive Compliance Committee and the Board.
