Job summary

Lox Club, a digital community platform with a mission to create inclusive, high-standard spaces, is seeking a Head of Community & Experiences. This role leads all facets of community engagement, including events, membership, and safety policies, to build a vibrant member experience aligned with our values.

You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive growth, craft engaging IRL activations, and advocate for member needs while shaping a welcoming, trusted community culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in community management, events, membership clubs, or related fields.
• Proven track record in event production and/or building and engaging communities.
• Deep understanding of trust & safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a holistic community engagement strategy to enhance member experience and loyalty.
• Oversee events and IRL activations, ensuring high-quality and engaging experiences that resonate with our community and uphold our brand standards.
• Oversee the Membership Committee, managing member onboarding, engagement, retention, and feedback collection.
• Oversee trust & safety policies to maintain community standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for growth initiatives and content development, including brand and community partnerships.
• Act as the primary advocate for community members, addressing their needs and continuously improving member satisfaction.
