Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a commercial strategy that drives above-market growth.
• Expand market share across Aerospace, Defense, Automotive Refinish, Industrial, and emerging markets.
• Lead a high-performing commercial organization with accountability and customer success.
• Strengthen relationships with strategic customers and distributors; drive CRM and pricing governance.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to commercialize products and improve customer value.
