The Springs Living, LLC in Beaverton, OR seeks a Vice President of Clinical and Wellness Services to lead clinical strategy and operations across communities, overseeing nursing, therapy, and wellness services while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

This role partners with operations and executive teams to elevate care, drive performance, and develop partnerships that improve resident health and life quality in a fully on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and a master7s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, including five years in executive or regional leadership within senior living, assisted living, memory care, or long-term care.
• Experience leading clinical operations across multiple locations with emphasis on quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set clinical standards and work with community and operations leaders to deliver consistent, person-centered care.
• Lead quality improvement, resident safety, regulatory readiness, and risk management across the organization.
• Develop and support clinical leaders, building a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee clinical resources and performance, including staffing, budgets, therapy services, and healthcare partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and introduce care approaches that improve resident outcomes and experiences.
