Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior People Business Partner to lead employee relations, investigations, and coaching for leaders across Beaverton, OR. This on-site role focuses on building strong teams, resolving workplace concerns, and fostering a positive employee experience.

You will advise leaders on performance issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with employee relations responsibility.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and advising leaders on complex issues.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns.
• Conduct and manage employee relations investigations from intake through resolution.
• Partner with leaders on corrective action, performance improvement, and conflict resolution.
• Interpret and apply company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.
• Support leave administration and employee accommodation processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
