Job summary

Family Practice & Counseling Services Network (FPCSN) seeks a Chief Clinical Officer to oversee all clinical departments and assure trauma-informed, antiracist, evidence-based care while maintaining cost-effectiveness. The CCO is a member of the Executive Team, guiding strategy and decision-making.

The role requires licensure as a PA/MD or Nurse Practitioner with 5+ years of leadership in integrated healthcare settings and strong policy, data, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Physician or Nurse Practitioner license.
• 5+ years of practicing as a licensed Physician or Nurse Practitioner.
• At least five years’ experience in healthcare management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all FPCSN Clinical Departments and ensure trauma-informed, evidence-based care.
• Collaborate with CEO and CCO to ensure compliance with grant requirements and regulations.
• Develop, implement and evaluate clinical policies and procedures across departments.
• Coordinate monthly meetings with Clinical Department leadership and report on clinical data.
• Represent FPCSN to external agencies and govern bodies to advance clinical practice.
