Job summary

Central Ohio Behavioral Healthcare (COBH) in Columbus, OH seeks a Chief Clinical Officer to lead clinical services and drive a trauma-informed, patient-centered psychiatric program. This executive role oversees 208 inpatient beds, 52 max-security beds, and 250 outpatient clients through CSN, in a state-operated behavioral health system.

Qualifications

• Certificate to practice medicine as issued by State Medical Board.
• Executive leadership and clinical governance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee hospital-wide clinical goals, policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Oversee psychiatry coverage and supervise physician staff and department heads.
• Coordinate clinical programs, training, and service integration across hospital teams.
• Engage with local providers and stakeholders to support collaborative care and accountability.
