Human Development Services of Westchester, Inc. (HDSW) seeks a Chief Clinical Officer to partner with the CEO and lead clinical strategy across OMH residential, crisis and recovery programs.

The CCO will ensure high-quality, trauma-informed services, supervise clinical leaders, and advance evidence-based practices within a fast-paced, mission-driven organization in Westchester County.
