Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Development to own and lead sponsor-led clinical development across oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry. You will drive strategic direction, design, and execution of trials and real-world evidence programs, ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory readiness.

Reporting to the CMO, you will build a centralized Clinical Development organization with Clinical Leads and Clinical Scientists.

Qualifications

• MD/ MSc or MD/PhD degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of sponsor-side clinical development experience.
• Proven leadership of clinical development teams and global programs.
• Strong regulatory and inspection readiness knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end clinical development strategy and execution for sponsor-led studies.
• Provide senior clinical leadership on study design, endpoints, and interpretation of evidence.
• Align clinical development approaches across therapeutic areas (oncology, gastroenterology, psychiatry).
• Lead a centralized Clinical Development organization and governance processes.
