Berkley Mid-Atlantic Group (BMAG) seeks a Chief Claims Officer (CCO) to lead Claims strategy, operations, and organizational performance for the OU. The role requires shaping an innovative claims agenda, driving quality, and managing a high-performing leadership team with cross-company collaboration.

The CCO will oversee pricing decisions, risk management, and relationships with external partners, while aligning with the broader Berkley corporate priorities and the OU SLT.

Formación

• 10+ years of advanced multiline commercial claims leadership experience.
• Extensive multi-lines claims experience: Auto, Property, GL, Workers' Comp, Umbrella.
• Executive-level strategy, communications and people management skills.
• CPCU/CCP/AIC certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Sets vision and strategy for the Claims organization and budgets.
• Leads performance objectives and establishes metrics.
• Ensures sound case reserving and favorable outcomes.
• Drives innovation to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
• Manages claims leadership team and external partnerships.
