Simple Mining is seeking a Chief Financial Officer / Head of Strategic Finance to own the capital strategy for a rapidly expanding AI data center platform. The role entails building the capital stack, leading end-to-end financing, and partnering with lenders and investors to fund multiple data centers.

You will oversee finance operations and work with leadership to position the company for institutional capital.

Qualifikationen

• Led capital raises for capital-intensive infrastructure projects (data centers, energy, digital infra).
• Built and maintained a lender/investor network for funding rounds.
• Produced investor materials and financial models for financing.
• Experienced in project finance, debt structuring, and capital stack explanations.

• Own the capital strategy and capital stack for data center builds.
• Lead end-to-end capital raises with banks, private credit, infra funds, and equity/VC investors.
• Negotiate terms and close financing rounds.
• Oversee accounting and reporting across the data center and platform.
• Partner on equity plan and valuation story as the org grows.
