Job summary

Simple Mining is seeking a strategic finance leader to own the capital strategy for a platform of AI data centers. You will design and execute the capital stack, raise funds from banks, private credit and funds, and build a network of lenders and investors to accelerate future rounds.

You will oversee accounting and reporting across Simple Mining and the data center business, collaborating with the leadership team to prepare for institutional capital.

Qualifications

• Led capital raises for infrastructure projects (data centers, power, utilities, energy or digital infrastructure).
• Fluent in project finance, debt structuring and investor materials.

Responsibilities

• Design the capital stack for each data center: debt, equity, JV and LP structures.
• Lead end-to-end fundraising: build models, prepare materials, engage banks and funds, negotiate and close.
• Build and maintain relationships with lenders, investors, and LPs to accelerate future raises.
• Collaborate on lease structures and economics with BD to ensure projects are financeable.
• Oversee accounting and reporting across Simple Mining and data center business.
