Job summary

Simple Mining seeks a Chief Financial Officer / Head of Strategic Finance to lead capital strategy for rapid data center expansion. You will design the capital stack, build investor materials, and manage relationships with lenders, banks and infra funds to close multi-site financings.

You have led capital raises for infrastructure projects, built credible financial models, and can articulate complex financing structures to boards and investors.

Qualifications

• Led capital raises for capital-intensive infrastructure (data centers, power, utilities)
• Built investor materials and models for fundraising
• Maintained a network of lenders, banks and investors for ongoing financings

Responsibilities

• Design the capital stack for each data center project (debt, equity, JV structures)
• Lead end-to-end financing process with banks, credit funds and investors
• Close on terms and manage relationships to speed future raises
• Oversee accounting and reporting across Simple Mining and data center business
• Support employee equity planning and valuation discussions
