Job summary

LFGroup.ai, based in Menlo Park, CA, seeks a Finance Lead to steer financial planning, corporate finance and strategic workstreams across the company. The role collaborates with the CFO to set financial strategy, manage capital, and build a high-performing finance team for multiple sites under construction.

This is an onsite, full-time role with a focus on capital management, financial reporting, and strategic advisory to lenders and investors. 180k–300k base salary, plus incentives.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years in investment banking, private equity or senior start-up finance roles.
• Bonus if you have experience in data centers, energy, compute, real estate or construction.
• Track record of drafting and executing complicated financial plans.
• Bachelor's degree from a qualified institution.

Responsibilities

• Own the company's financial plan, cash-flow and GAAP forecasting, weekly budget, and long-range forecast
• Support procure-to-pay finance operations
• Lead debt and equity financing for new sites, from lender selection and modeling through closing
• Work with accounting on close, financial reporting, tax and auditing
• Report financial results, risks and recommendations to leadership
• Hire, develop and manage the finance team
