Job summary

Simple Mining LLC is seeking a Head of Strategic Finance to own the capital strategy for a platform of AI data centers. Lead the capital stack design, fund-raising with banks and investors, and manage relationships with lenders and LPs.

Oversee accounting and reporting across Simple Mining and the data center business to position the company for institutional capital. The role requires proven leadership in capital raises for infrastructure, with a track record in project finance and investor

Qualifications

• Led capital raises for capital-intensive infrastructure (data centers, energy, or digital infra).
• Fluent in project finance, debt structuring, and investor materials.
• Bachelor's in finance, economics or accounting; MBA/CFA/CPA a plus.
• Direct experience as Director/MD in investment banking, infra investor, or finance leader.

Responsibilities

• Design the capital stack for data centers: debt, equity, JV structures.
• Build the model, prepare materials, and manage the raise with banks and funds.
• Develop and maintain relationships with lenders, banks, and LPs.
• Oversee accounting and reporting across the data center business and related operations.
