Qualifications

7 years of increasingly responsible experience in building inspection, including 4 years of administrative and management responsibility.
Bachelor's degree in construction technology, civil engineering, architecture, or related field; management training desirable.
Possession of a Certified Building Official (CBO) certification required by ICC.

Responsibilities

Assist the CDRA Director in managing and directing the Building Services Division’s operations.
Oversee internal management of the division and coordinate plan review, code compliance and enforcement, and building inspection.
Ensure division activities meet applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
