Pittsburgh Community Broadcasting Corporation (PCBC), home to 90.5 WESA and 91.3 WYEP, seeks a strategic VP of Engagement to lead brand strategy, audience engagement, and external partnerships. Reporting to the CEO andSVP, this role drives communications, audience growth, and community relationships across Pittsburgh.

You'll oversee brand messaging, audience insights, and cross‑functional collaboration to reinforce PCBC's mission as a trusted public media resource.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.

• Define and steward PCBC's brand strategy, positioning, voice, and identity.
• Inform strategy with audience insights, market research and performance data.
• Lead strategies to grow visibility, reach, and audience loyalty across broadcast, streaming, digital, social and live experiences.
• Build strategic partnerships with community organizations, educational institutions, civic/government entities and nonprofits.
