Job summary

Veho is seeking a Client Success Manager to lead relationships with external clients, solving delivery and returns challenges while driving revenue growth. The role requires strategy, operations understanding, and entrepreneurial mindset to build a book of business and expand partnerships.

You will own client cadence, align with expansion teams, and deliver data-driven insights to meet performance and efficiency goals in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience solving operational challenges with data-driven approaches.
• Experience in onboarding clients and implementing integrations.
• Experience working with executive-level external clients.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and serve as primary P&L owner for Veho accounts.
• Retain and grow revenue within a portfolio of clients.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and coordinate with internal teams to address performance gaps.
