Coleman Health Services is seeking a Chief Officer to organize, develop and lead the clinical services delivered in Marion and Crawford Counties, Ohio, including psychiatry, case management, outpatient therapy, and mobile crisis services. This in-office role requires strong clinical leadership and strategic budget oversight to ensure growth and high quality care.

The successful candidate will supervise clinical and administrative staff, collaborate with partners, and advance program development

Competenze

• Master's Degree with 5 years supervisory experience in behavioral health.
• Must have NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number.
• Special consideration for senior-level leadership or multi-site experience.
• Must maintain a clean driving record.

• Develop, grow, and oversee current and future clinical services.
• Participate in Clinical Council, Compliance, and best practice meetings.
• Plan, implement, and monitor budgets and financial performance.
• Engage with community organizations at local, state, and national levels.
