Advantage HQ is seeking a Head of Creative Strategy to own and evolve the creative product across our client portfolio. You will build frameworks, install best practices, mentor strategists, and ensure formats and concepts scale effectively.

You will operate at the intersection of creative excellence and direct response performance, guiding a team from junior strategists to editors while maintaining data-driven instincts and strong taste.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance creative, managing a large portfolio of clients.
• Proven revenue impact through creative strategy and testing.
• Fluent in direct response principles and platform dynamics (Meta, TikTok).
• Experience building and mentoring teams of strategists, editors, and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Set the creative standard for all clients, formats, and platforms.
• Lead a team of performance creative strategists to improve diagnoses and direct response outcomes.
• Define production SOPs and workflows to scale strategy execution.
• Align creative strategy with talent and paid media for unified output.
• Own onboarding for new clients to create fast early wins.
• Provide the senior creative voice to explain and improve underperforming work.
