• Set policy direction with faculty leadership and COO.
• Lead long-range strategic planning for EPS.
• Allocate staffing, financial, facilities, and educational resources.
• Ensure financial viability; provide complex financial analyses and budgeting.
• Champion initiatives and oversee process redesign and innovation projects.
