Job summary

State Street is searching for a Head of Investment Accounting Engineering to lead the development of a cloud-native investment accounting platform. This role requires extensive experience in software engineering and investment accounting, along with expertise in modern DevOps practices.

The successful candidate will define the platform strategy and head teams across multiple engineering disciplines, ensuring compliance with banking regulations while achieving high operational efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on investment accounting.
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale finance platforms.
• Hands-on experience with modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD.
• Strong communication skills to clarify technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and operation of a multi-tenant investment accounting platform.
