Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology leadership experience.
• Experience leading global architecture teams across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Innovative Medicine architecture strategy across R&D, Supply Chain, and Commercial capabilities.
• Develop future-state architecture blueprints and principles for scalability, security, and compliance.
• Lead and develop a global architecture organization of 20+ architects.
• Drive GenAI-enabled architecture practices and governance across the sector.
