Job summary
Concept Plus is seeking a Chief Architect to provide senior technical leadership for the Health & Civil sector, setting the technical vision and architecture strategy across the portfolio. You will support contract delivery, business development, and proposal development as the principal technical resource for this area.
You will lead architecture for IT applications, enterprise services, modernization, digital transformation, data/AI, and other areas, coordinating with BD and sector leadership
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years in system/software solution development with 7+ years in senior architect roles.
- Experience in system development, cloud architecture, and agile/Scaled Agile.
- Proven technical leadership across portfolios including strategy, standards, and governance.
- Experience mentoring architects and delivering high-quality proposals.
Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision, architecture standards, and solution strategy for Health & Civil portfolio.
- Lead development of innovative, winning solutions for capture efforts, balancing cost, schedule, and quality.
- Create and review white papers, proposals, and executive briefings to demonstrate thought leadership.
- Drive capture strategy with technical leadership and discriminating value propositions.
- Provide pre-sales engineering with BD teams and partners; own solution architecture for proposals.
- Oversee architects and delivery teams, mentoring sector architecture talent.
- Guide reusable capabilities, accelerators, and differentiators across accounts.
- Support program management and reviews, improving technical health of projects.
