Job summary

Concept Plus seeks an Operational Medicine Chief Architect to lead the technical vision and architecture strategy across a portfolio of mission-critical healthcare solutions supporting DoD and DHA environments.

You will guide senior engineers, shape proposals, and align solutions with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data, cloud, and modernization goals. The principal technical resource represents Concept Plus in executive meetings with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering required.
• 10+ years of experience planning, architecting, and developing solutions; 5+ years in lead architect roles.
• Experience in system development, cloud architecture, and Agile environments.
• Proven leadership across multiple programs including setting strategy and governance.
• Ability to translate technology into well-written responses for BD and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical authority for the operational medicine portfolio.
• Lead development of innovative, winning solutions for major facilities and deployed medical environments capture efforts.
• Create and review white papers, proposals, and briefings; support BD through executive interactions.
• Drive capture strategy with technical leadership and differentiating value propositions.
• Conduct pre-sales engineering activities with BD teams and partners.
• Own the overall solution architecture for key proposals; integrate across topics.
• Provide technical leadership to solution architects and delivery teams; mentor staff.
• Develop reusable capabilities, accelerators, and differentiators across accounts.
• Support program management and improve technical health of projects as needed.
• Engage with customers to brainstorm solutions and alternative options.
