Job summary
Concept Plus seeks an Operational Medicine Chief Architect to provide senior technical leadership for the Operational Medicine portfolio. The Chief Architect sets the technical vision and architecture strategy across mission-critical healthcare solutions supporting operational and deployed medical environments for the DoD ecosystem.
The role includes technical leadership, business development, and contract delivery, aligning with DoD enterprise architecture and cyber objectives while guiding
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years in system/software solutions architecture, with 5+ years in senior architect roles.
- Experience in system development, cloud architecture, and Agile/Scaled Agile.
- DevOps/DevSecOps on cloud-based infrastructure experience.
- Proven technical leadership across portfolios with governance.
- Leadership and mentoring of architects and teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication and proposal writing.
- Ability to translate technology into well-written responses across BD lifecycles.
- Ability to depict solution concepts graphically to show requirements and dependencies.
- Ability to craft proposal sections across disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision, architecture standards, and solution strategy across the portfolio.
- Lead development of winning solutions for operational medicine and deployed medical environments capture efforts.
- Create and review white papers, proposals, and briefings for leadership and BD.
- Drive capture strategy with discriminating value propositions and themes.
- Engage with customers during pre-sales engineering activities with BD teams and partners.
- Own the overall solution architecture for key proposals across diverse topics.
- Provide technical leadership to solution architects and delivery teams, mentoring staff.
