The role builds a high-performing architecture organization, chairs governance, and resolves cross-platform design issues while balancing near-term delivery with long-term health and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Typically 15+ years in technology with enterprise/solution architecture leadership.
• 7+ years leading managers and senior technical professionals.
• Experience creating enterprise technology strategy, roadmaps, and modernization.
• Alternative education/experience combinations may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, standards, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead governance forums with clear decision rights and accountability.
• Assess trends and determine adoption to improve performance, risk, or efficiency.
• Ensure security, privacy, resilience, interoperability, and regulatory compliance.
• Present architecture strategies in business terms to executives.
