Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. is seeking a highly technical and strategic engineering leader to drive the development and innovation of next-generation data center power and cooling solutions within our CPSD.

The role requires end-to-end architecture leadership across UPS, distribution, and liquid cooling for hyperscale and enterprise data centers. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in data center infrastructure, strong cross-functional leadership, and a track record of guiding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field required.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in data center power and cooling infrastructure.
• Deep experience with hyperscale or large-scale enterprise data centers.
• Strong end-to-end understanding of data center infrastructure including electrical distribution, UPS, thermal management, liquid cooling, and integrated architectures.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering initiatives and complex product development programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data center infrastructure strategy and architecture.
• Drive innovation for hyperscale data centers and AI infrastructure.
• Develop integrated power and cooling architectures ensuring interoperability and performance.
• Act as a technical domain expert on data center trends and customer requirements.
• Provide leadership for product development, feasibility studies, and evaluations.
• Mentor engineering teams and establish design, testing, and validation best practices.
• Engage with customers and partners in technical meetings and solution discussions.
• Coordinate with CPSD, suppliers, manufacturing, and service teams.
