Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in data center power and cooling infrastructure development, manufacturing, integration or servicing.
• Deep experience with hyperscale or large-scale enterprise data centers.
• End-to-end understanding of data center infrastructure (electrical distribution, UPS, cooling, liquid cooling, integrated architectures).
• Strong leadership, communication and customer interfacing skills.
• Experience with AI infrastructure and high-density compute is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data center infrastructure strategy for power and cooling products and architectures.
• Drive hyperscale data center innovation with key customers and stakeholders.
• Develop integrated power and cooling architectures ensuring interoperability and performance.
• Act as a technical domain expert on data center infrastructure across chip-to-grid ecosystems.
• Lead feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and new product development in power and cooling.
• Mentor engineering teams and establish best practices for design, testing, and validation.
