Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Chief Architect in California for its EW Airborne Survivability program. You will bridge the gap between program management and technical execution, guiding a multidisciplinary team to design, test, and deploy next-generation capabilities for warfighter systems.

You will define the technical vision, manage engineering risks, and ensure integration across platform variants to deliver unparalleled capabilities to the warfighter in record time.

Qualifications

• Experience with Electronic Warfare systems and Software Defined Radios.
• Experience designing, developing, and testing hardware with FPGA/ARM/x86/GPU architectures.
• Deep understanding of ESM/ECM architecture and RF/EE/Antenna design.
• Experience with Integration & Test of RF-based hardware systems.
• Leadership and coordination of cross-functional engineering teams.
• Experience executing technical milestones (Concept Review, SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR).
• Willingness to travel and hold an active U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: chief engineer and technical authority for the EW Airborne Survivability program.
• Coordinate across engineering disciplines to define and execute system requirements and design.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and field operations to improve usability, reliability, and performance and platform integration.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Chief Engineer/Architect to align architecture with the technology roadmap.
