The team defines architectures for complex hardware/software systems, ensuring traceability from requirements to tests, and leads design reviews with a fast-moving hardware-software team. You will own the system model as the design-intent source and influence architecture decisions across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years documenting and developing system requirements.
• Lead system architecture decisions from concept to execution.
• Strong technical communication with leadership and customers.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance required.
• Experience with hardware, software and firmware architectures.
• Experience automating workflows and CI-driven verification.

Responsibilities

• Define and document architectures for hardware/software systems and allocate requirements.
• Establish and maintain traceability between requirements, designs and tests.
• Lead system design reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and manage system models as the design-intent source.
• Contribute to baseline ownership after reviews and ensure government requirements are met.
