Job summary

Anduril Industries in the defense sector seeks a Senior Director of EW Core Tech to define technical strategy, vision, and ownership of portfolio outcomes. The role oversees product engineering and portfolio chief engineering to drive RF product development and integration across mission areas.

You will drive development processes, lead design reviews, and manage a high-performing team while coordinating with the EW GM, Growth & Strategy, and other stakeholders to shape Anduril’s future in RF

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience developing integrated RF solutions for the US Department of War and US Intelligence Community across ground, maritime, air, and space domains.
• Experience designing, developing, and testing hardware with FPGA, ARM, x86, and GPU compute architecture.
• Deep understanding of ESM and ECM architecture—Digital Signal Processing, Model & Simulation, SW/FW-techniques, RF/EE/Antenna design.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: guide technical vision and direction across a large portfolio of capabilities.
• Product Development: manage development processes from design to scaled manufacturing and distribution.
• Program Execution: lead chief engineers and systems engineers delivering capabilities to the joint force.
• Strategic Planning: contribute to portfolio investments, partnerships, and market entry decisions.
• Process Ownership: refine and manage development processes with lightweight guardrails.
• Customer Engagement: interact with customers to field technologies at scale.
• Lead and Scale a World Class Team: mentor and expand the team across domains.
