Job summary

Harvest Landscape Enterprises, Inc. seeks a strategic President of Arbor Care Operations to lead and scale our Arbor Care division across multiple Southern California locations.

This senior role drives P&L, safety, customer relations, and growth strategy, building high-performing teams and scalable systems. The candidate will oversee budgeting, KPI development, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to expand market presence and profitability within a dynamic landscape

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in tree care, arboriculture, commercial landscaping, or a related industry.
• 5+ years of senior operations, regional management, or executive leadership.
• Proven experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading 50+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Arbor Care operations across Southern California locations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and financial targets.
• Identify new market opportunities to grow revenue and market share.
• Drive the use of technology (GPS, fleet tracking, CRM).
• Recruit, develop, and retain Arbor Care leadership team.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA/Cal/OSHA and industry standards.
• Build relationships with HOAs, property managers, and commercial clients.
