Clean Scapes in San Antonio is seeking an Arbor Manager to lead and grow the arbor operations within the market. You will oversee sales, production, PHC, and team development while maintaining safety, quality, and profitability.

The role requires a minimum of 5+ years in arboriculture with leadership experience; ISA Certified Arborist preferred. You will partner with branch and executive leadership to build a market-leading arbor operation and develop high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional arboriculture experience with leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience leading arbor operations, crews, and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of tree care operations, safety standards, production management, and industry best practices.
• Ability to balance both field operations and business development responsibilities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow arbor services within the assigned San Antonio market.
