Job summary

Landsystems, a Monarch Landscape Company, seeks an Arbor Production Manager based in Encinitas, CA, with frequent travel across Southern California. This leadership role requires extensive tree care expertise, regulatory compliance, and the ability to manage crews and safety protocols on varied sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of arborist experience, ISA credentials or the ability to obtain them, and bilingual English/Spanish communication skills. CDL-B and CPR are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED.
• Experience: At least 5 years related work experience.
• Licenses/Certifications: CDL Class B preferred; ISA Arborist; ISA Tree Worker Specialist; CPR; OSHA 30; TRAQ; CTSP (or ability to obtain).
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope of work and ensure projects are on time and within budget.
• Communicate between internal and external clients.
• Collaborate on scheduling, equipment needs, and unfinished projects.
• Oversee safety inspections and daily job site compliance.
• Train and mentor crew; recruit and manage staffing as needed.
