Job summary
FICO in the United States is seeking a hybrid executive who splits time between market-facing revenue acceleration and internal engineering leadership. You will act as the technical authority for Fortune 500 customers, co-sell AI solutions, and drive ARR growth while scaling the internal engineering organization to deliver platform capabilities.
This role requires executive presence, deal strategy mastery, and deep knowledge of LLM orchestration, vector databases, MLOps, and modern cloud
Qualifications
- Executive presence with enterprise deal experience
- Ability to translate client needs into scoped PoCs
- Expertise in LLM orchestration and vector databases
- Proven track record delivering multi-cloud AI solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead executive technical alignment with Fortune 500 clients
- Co-develop AI architectures across multi-cloud deployments
- Public-facing thought leadership and analyst engagement
- Capture market needs and translate into product roadmap
- Build and scale AI engineering org with agile practices
- Oversee security/compliance for enterprise deployments
