Dust is seeking a Global Head of AI Deployment & Partner Delivery (US) to lead a player-coach global team responsible for AI rollouts with major customers. You drive repeatable delivery methods, align executives, IT, and business teams on shared goals, and build credibility with technical staff without requiring deep ML code.
You will cultivate a network of partners, oversee large-scale deployments, and shape how agents and tools are integrated into everyday work.
This is a player-coach leadership role that runs a global team delivering AI rollouts for large customers, while also building a network of partners who can deliver the same way. A strong candidate has led delivery teams for six or more years, has turned messy enterprise programs into repeatable methods, and can get executives, IT, and business teams to agree on goals. Credibility with technical staff matters, though deep machine learning skills are not required.
The role sits at the center of making AI agents part of daily work, so much of it is judging where agents help today and where they do not yet. AI tools can speed up documentation, playbooks, and tracking of delivery health. What stays human is persuading leaders, changing how teams work, coaching people, and deciding when a partner is ready to deliver alone.
The person would work hands-on with how agents behave in real company settings, including prompting, connecting data and tools, permissions, evaluation, reliability, and cost. Because Dust is an AI platform where people and agents share workflows, the role offers a close look at many customer deployments across different industries. Someone without this background can build it by running small agent pilots in their current team and measuring the results against business outcomes.
