Job summary
Harris Computer seeks an experienced engineering leader to drive AI fluency and agentic delivery across the portfolio. You will own the AI delivery maturity roadmap, govern AI-generated code, and collaborate with executives to align AI initiatives with business outcomes.
Responsibilities include setting standards, mentoring leaders, and balancing onshore, offshore, and contract capacity to accelerate value while maintaining security and compliance across public sector and justice software
Qualifications
- Ten or more years in software development with leadership experience.
- Experience delivering agentic, human-on-the-loop delivery with governance.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and cloud delivery.
- Record of translating AI capability into customer value and revenue.
- Experience with enterprise software for public sector or regulated markets is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead governance and safety reviews for AI-generated code and delivery.
- Own AI delivery maturity roadmap across products and lifecycle stages.
- Develop standards and documentation to enable AI-driven delivery.
- Mentor development leaders and structure onshore/offshore capacity.
- Balance capacity and priorities to maximize business outcomes.
- Present progress and ROI of AI initiatives to executives.
