Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Principal-level architect to shape the security and governance of enterprise agentic AI across the Customer Experience Platform. You will define authentication/authorization patterns for AI agents, manage identity, and ensure privacy by design for large-scale data access and workflows.

You will lead security reviews, influence standards across security, product, and legal teams, and mentor engineers while engaging with executives and customers on governance posture.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of software engineering or security architecture experience.
• Deep understanding of agentic AI architecture patterns: agent orchestration, tool/function calling, reasoning and planning loops, and multi-agent coordination.
• Expert knowledge of identity and access management and credential/secrets management (e.g., OAuth/OIDC, SAML, workload identity, policy-as-code approaches such as OPA/Rego or Cedar-class engines).
• Ability to lead ambiguous initiatives involving multiple functions across security, product, legal/privacy, and infrastructure teams, and to influence org-wide standards without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the end-to-end reference architecture for AI agents' authentication and authorization to access enterprise data, tools, and systems across Adobe's Customer Experience Platform.
• Evaluate and select frameworks, protocols, and platforms to support secure multi-agent systems at Adobe's scale.
• Own the security architecture for agent-to-system and agent-to-agent interactions including identity, least-privilege authorization, secrets mediation, and telemetry for audits.
