Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Head of AEO & SEO to own the organic growth strategy across SEO and AI-powered Answer Engine Optimization. You will lead a high-performing team, work with product, engineering, content, data science, and marketing to drive visibility, traffic, and signups.

You will define the strategic roadmap for AEO, measure revenue impact, and translate complex SEO concepts into clear business narratives for Stripe's executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SEO with leadership exposure.
• Proven track record in technical SEO and content strategy.
• Experience driving organic growth at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the organic growth strategy end-to-end across SEO and AEO.
• Lead and retain a high-performing SEO/AEO team.
• Drive improvements in organic visibility, rankings, traffic, and signups.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, content, growth, data science and marketing.
• Build and evolve measurement framework for SEO/AEO and quantify revenue impact.
• Define strategic roadmap for AEO and communicate executive impact.
