Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County seeks a Vice President of Advancement to lead resource development, KPI performance, and accountability. You will manage corporate partnerships, direct the Youth of the Year Gala, and drive campaigns, individual giving, and donor relations.

You will oversee a team, shape fundraising strategy, ensure data-driven reporting, and collaborate with leadership to achieve growth and mission impact in the Fort Worth area.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 8+ years of fundraising or sales experience required.
• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to work regular business hours with evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fundraising activities and manage the fundraising budget.
• Lead largest fundraising event - Youth of the Year Gala and oversee corporate engagement.
• Oversee and develop individual giving programs and donor relations.
• Support foundation relationships and campaign activities; supervise staff.
• Provide pipeline management, KPI accountability, and data analysis for fundraising performance.
